Sometimes it is easy for everything to be about the kids, especially since I have five. I want to dedicate this post to my better half and let him know how proud I am of him for earning his Black Belt. I love you , Sweetie!

I love this picture. I hope I am as fit as several of these black belts in my old age. (I guess I better get exercising first.) The lady in the bottom corner continues to teach to this day. She is a fourth degree black belt.
